Alone Together Explored

Actually this lesson is mainly about an approach of how to learn a new song.
First we will break down the standard tune “Alone Together” into just playing the bass and melody.
Now we have a frame with some space in between, where we can add chord and color tones giving the frame a third dimension!
What I find great about this approach to discover a song is that you become acclimated to its melody and structure in relation to an ever changing set of harmonic circumstances. Even more cool is that you will certainly discover new voicings by accident, that you have never played before! So, let‘s create new and unique arrangements of “Alone Together” using this three-dimensional approach!
