Chord-Melody Basics 2

This is the second part of essential chord voicings you need to know for playing chord-melody style.
We will start again with major triads in root position, 1st and 2nd inversion this time on the D, G & B string and how to turn them into minor and diminished triads. Plus we will check out how to play diatonic triads in different keys and with all 3 inversions. There will be concrete examples of how to use them in common chord progressions including the classic Miles Davis tune Freddie The Freeloader.  All that said, the result is hopefully a whole new understanding of your fretboard!
